It is already nearing the middle of March, the sun is shining here in Texas, the birds are singing, pollen is upon us, and spring is almost here! By this time in the year many goals that were set in January have faded away and we are already looking for new goals as summer approaches.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen me posting about the Fit Approach holiday sweat challenge over the holiday season. It was a simple challenge that encouraged everyone to have 10 minutes of activity daily! It was a great challenge during on of the busiest times of the year!
They are back with a spring challenge that is all about goals! Pick a goal (or 2) and come join the fun! There are tons of options for goals to focus on during this 3 week challenge!
Last week I talked about my main goal for the year, and it is to thrive again! With that in mind, I picked two glad that will help me thrive even more!

I’m all about getting better sleep and increasing my veggie intake!! I’ve worked really hard the past few years to improve the quality of my sleep, but the late nights have been catching up with me again! Stay tuned for Friday when I share more about getting great sleep (so vital for good health and wellness)!!
I’ve also been on the struggle bus lately for my veggie intake! I’ve been doing great with fruit, but I know veggies will give me some additional nutritional and health benefits! I eat at least one salad a day, but when it comes to snack time I gravitate toward fruits. They’re just so delicious!

I have made more sleep a priority the last few months and it’s really helped me!

I need to work on my sleep as well…I’m thriving on 5ish hours, but I know I could benefit from a couple more hours.

It is always something we can work on! I would agree you need a few more hours than 5!

I love veggies and fruits! I can get lazy about eating them, but I get back on track eventually.
